# Les algorithmes publics : pourquoi et comment les expliquer ?

La mission Etalab accompagne les administrations dans la mise en oeuvre du principe de transparence des algorithmes.

Dans ce cadre, Etalab développe un certain nombre de ressources pour :

* **Comprendre** les enjeux et les obligations légales, avec le [guide des algorithmes publics](https://github.com/etalab/guides.etalab.gouv.fr/blob/master/algorithmes/0-guide.md) à l'usage des administrations,
* **Faire**, avec des ressources pour mettre en oeuvre ces principes et obligations :
